Aaarrrghhh - delays, delays and more delays!
Although Sydney desperately needs the rain - it's turning the ground to mush and heavy earth works haven't yet started at the estate.
"Preliminary" works on the golf course have started - who knows that this means!
No word on when contracts will be issued yet - was supposed to be July. Now estimated to be some time between August and October.
They can't tell us either when the gutters will be in place so that we can start planning. If things don't start moving soon - we won't be able to start in February 2008 :(
