We've officially chosen a home!

Last week we approved a soil test & contour survey with Wisdom Homes for their Impression 38 Mark II - with a few alterations of our own. In short - the main changes were:

• Extend the depth of the garage, home office, walk in robe, master suite by 1.5m
• Add balcony off the Upper Lounge and Bedroom 2
• Underground water tank

Now we wait 2 weeks for them to prepare a fixed price tender - we only have estimates of the costs so far. The builder has also ordered the soil test & contour survey - though we are not sure when these will actually be conducted as the site is still under construction.

Visited the display village at Haywards Bay (past Wollongong) today with friends - some interesting designs though not much that we haven't seen already.
