Tree, title registration, DA

Good news - the trees next to our golf course boundary will be removed - but we'll have to wait until the nearby park is finished first.

Not so good news - title registration is not happening as quickly as we thought - it was supposed to be February - however it now looks like it will be March. Oh well - what's another month anyway?

Our DA has been offiically approved - just waiting for the title registration of the land. The Council confirmed our bushfire assessment of Level 3 - which means additional bushfire protection - but we had included that in our building contract anyway.
