Along with a nice picnic area. There is also a mid-sized soccer/football pitch to the right.
We did discover the dark side of humanity when we found some of our front shrubs had been stolen! It's happened to a few other blocks besides ours - grrr!
I do wish that someone would steal these trees though - they are not supposed to be there! We've had assurances they'll be moved numerous times - who knows when it will happen.
The word is that titles will be registered at the end of the month (March) so we will have a site start in April and hopefully move in 6-7 months after that.
I can't wait until things really start happening - so exciting!
