Gigantic veggies!

We've been in Melbourne and Tassie for the last 2.5 weeks and during that time, I figured I'd just leave my garden to nature - no irrigation lines set up - just whatever fell from the sky.

I left a small zuchinni plant and came home to this
And these huge zuchinnis! I think the larger ones are called marrows.
Anyone know what I can do with these huge things besides zuchinni quiche, slice and bread?
We also had a visitor at our front door welcoming us home!

  1. I know what to do with the zuchinni - slice it really thinly, add a bit of oil (tiny) to a pan and fry each side till they are starting to go brown, then add them to a blender. Once you have done the whole amount add a tiny bit of butter, some salt and pepper and blend till its all a green sludgy stuff (Looks terrible, tastes amazing) pour on top of grilled chicken breasts and its amazing. Its one of my favorite dishes.
