Feb 10 - internal painting, new staircase, plumbing fit-out, electrical fit-out, mirrors installed, kitchen splashback installed, driveway
Jan 10 - upstairs rear pergola, architraves, door frames, skirting boards, bathroom & laundry tiling, flyscreens measured
Dec 09 - internal gyprock lining, cornices, staircase, garage door, external doors, kitchen, vanities, start of architraves
Nov 09 - ground floor roof, internal carpentry, electrical rough in, Unreal Stone cladding, insulation
Oct 09 - colorbond roof, front facade render, a/c ducting, eaves, moroka
Sep 09 - scaffolding, bricking complete, plumbing, gutters & fascia
Aug 09 - Slab, underground water tank, frame completed, windows delivered & installed, bricking - ground floor
Jul 09 - Peg out
Jun 09 - Titles registered, land settled
Jan 09 - DA approved
Dec 08 - land contracts exchanged, landscape plan completed, developer approval obtained, development application sent to Council
Nov 08 - plans and external colours sent to developer for approval, building contract signed, colours (internal and external) selected
Feb 06 - initial land deposit paid (yes - the year was 2006!)
