Today was the "This is the Life" festival out at
Stonecutters Ridge - and what a day - the mercury hit 30C early and then kept climbing to somewhere between 41C and 43C. The heat didn't turn away the punters - plenty of people out having a look around the fair, the display homes and the guided tours. I wouldn't be surprised if a number of lots were sold today.

At the new Lilly Pilly release (just opened today) - sales of the Jacaranda release were going so well that they opened more lots up for sale.
