The waiting game III

Of course - I have no news on title registration :)

But some good things this week! We haven't been riding our bikes out to the land recently since not much is happening - but we got our lazy butts up this morning for a cycle.

1. We're seeing a lot more "sold" signs on land out there now - apparently 40 sold in total. We almost have new neighbours opposite us. Both are "Resort" blocks that will back on to the 7th green - an absolutely fantastic spot.

2. Our stolen syzigium australe (lilly pilly) shrubs have been replaced! But the big trees between us and the golf course are still there. We have been promised that they'll be removed - just a matter of when.

Hopefully the Sales Manager will have some info for us on Monday about when Blacktown Council will release the subdivision for registration at Land Titles Office.

We're off to the Sydney HIA Home Show on Friday - many thanks to the Homeone website for the free tickets! Hoping to pick up some good ideas for the interiors of our new home.
