The waiting game IV

2 weeks since our last blog post - I was too depressed to post that nothing was happening.

So now we have something happening!

Blacktown Council is supposed to be releasing the subdivision today (Medallist assigned someone to sit at Council offices and wait for the documentation) and it will be lodged to Land Titles Office overnight.

We still have a waiting game though - the subdivision will go into a queue which could be 3 days or 3 weeks long. Hopefully we'll have a better time line on Friday.

It's unlikely that we'll have settlement and site start in May - but June is looking hopeful! (Uh oh - famous last words - I think I may have said them a few times over the last 3 years)
