The waiting game V

We may have a light at the end of the tunnel!

The subdivision has been with Land Titles for 2.5 weeks - the developer informs us that the current processing time is 4 weeks - which puts title registration at roughly 9 June!

If that goes to plan and settlement is a week or 2 after - we could be started in June. It's going to be close for a Xmas in our new home.

You know what they say - sometimes the light at the end of the tunnel is simply a train about to run you over :)
