According to the article by David Catt, 80 of the 112 lots released have been sold. All good news.
Hopefully the powers that be at the developer put on some owner events. I know they do some great ones at The Vintage (twilight drinks and nibbles etc). I think this is the sort of estate that could have a really great community & old-fashioned neighbourhood feel.
