One of the first things we fell in love with was Graham Brown's paintable wall paper. We are after a nice textured wall paper in deep red for our bedroom to create a real feeling of passion. You simply hang the wallpaper - then paint with whatever colour you like!
The colour we'll use is Sheer Passion - a new Designer colour by Dulux - similar to Capsicum Red but a bit brighter.
The other item that we loved was wooden furniture by Oishi in Artarmon. All hardwood teak in beautiful modern sleek designs but still that lovely warm feeling of wood.

There were some disappointments with the Home Show - Rinnai hot water systems were not there and neither were Colorbond.
We did get some good advice from Arc Fencing about how much our fencing should cost - they didn't do wooden fences but offered to put us in touch with someone that did it at reasonable prices.
Food was surprisingly reasonable for these sorts of shows - fish & chips $8, chicken burger $6, chips $4 (that was a bit pricey), beer $6.50 for Hahn Premium.
