Who is building a display home?

While browsing the Internet today - I found an advertisement on a real estate website that shows one of the display homes being built at the estate:

It is by Huxley Homes - 42 squares (391 sqm), 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The plans look well designed and seem to suit the guidelines given to us by "M".

Will be interesting to see when construction starts on this one. It doesn't seem to be in the official display centre - I don't think this will start any time soon!
