Last weekend - things look like they've really progressed! The Sales Centre (right) is finished and currently being furnished. A new display home is at the frame stage on the far left and the one in the middle appears to have started the brickwork. 
We have heard that the developer will apply for the official registration of subdivision titles this month. The title plan must go to Blacktown Council for approval. They will check whether the developer has done everything in the DA and DCP. If they approve - then the next step is registration of the titles at the NSW Land Titles Office.
Apparently once Blacktown council has approved the subdivision, we can then submit our individual Development Application to Blacktown Council for approval. However, before that step - we must submit our plans and external colour selections to the Design Assessment Panel for the estate.
We've chosen our external colours with Michelle from Denovo Concepts - we'll have to run through these with the Wisdom colour consultant and also do our internal colours.
Can't wait until things really ramp up - we've missed having to make choices/decisions about our house!
