Great news for anyone looking to buy land at Stonecutters Ridge - if you're one of the first 60 people to purchase a block - you'll get a $10,000 landscaping voucher once your home is completed!
My understanding is that the $10,000 can't be used on driveways or other hardscaping (retaining walls and such) but is to be applied to "soft" landscaping like plants and turf. The voucher will be for the landscape company that is doing the entire estate - so I'm looking forward to seeing the options for plant selection.
Apparently there will be some sample gardens - I've seen this before at other estates - a "traditional" look, a "waterwise" look and an "Australian bush" theme. This link shows you one done by Stockland:
