Big props to Wisdom!

Ok - so I was pretty frustrated this morning when I wrote my other post. Perhaps it was a cumulation of a stack of personal, work and family things with it being the last straw - but I admit - I had a blow out. To the Wisdom employees/owners out there reading - I whole heartedly apologise.

On a great note - Wisdom's excavation guys have come through today and we've had our site done! *insert Snoopy happy dance here*

I did have a chat on the phone with A and got the lowdown on the procedure for chasing up this sort of thing. I didn't really want to call her every day (I have students do that to me all the time) and thought that if Wisdom had news - they'd call us.

But apparently the easiest way to try and find out what's going on is to call or email them every couple of days. I didn't think it was the most efficient way to move forward - but apparently the best since the excavation guys often only update Wisdom once sites have been cut.

If only I was teaching Enterprise Info Systems again - a business work flow process design and integrated use of real-time technology would have been a great assignment for my post-grad MBA students :)

Anyhow - to some up - my faith has been restored! We may go out today to grab some pics
