As you can see - the trees on the right between us and the golf course are still there! This has been raised a few times with the developer and they do assure us they will be removed. Apparently the landscaping company has been advised - but who knows when they'll get around to it.
Our peg out was ordered on Monday and Anita mentioned it's 5-7 days for it to happen - so it should be next week. Hopefully we won't have to wait too long for site scrape and then preparation for the slab. The weather forecast is sunny all week :)
Lucky friends of ours who are building near the display centre have their piers done and a port-a-loo on their site! I hope we're not too far behind. As the title of the post says - 23 weeks until Xmas :)
We did happen to meet some prospective neighbours today - they are looking at a block opposite us that backs on to the golf course. *waves hi to S and J if they happen to find/read the blog*
Hopefully we'll get to meet the people who have purchased directly opposite us - we've heard they are nice :)
