Bricking complete! Next up - roof

As of Monday 21st Sept - our brick work has been completed! You can see the parapet roof clearly on our garage - it's been bricked - but eventually it will be covered in sandstone from Unreal Stone.




The golf course side - the protrusion you see is the Home Theatre/Games room - also a parapet roof and like the garage, in sandstone.

The back - sliding doors from the upper lounge and bedroom 2 onto our balcony (we added that to the design - and it wasn't cheap!). I love the outdoor entertaining area and with the nature reserve & large trees at the end of our property - we won't get too much low afternoon sun.

The boring side :)

Our gutters were meant to be done last week. As you can see - no gutters! The roof is supposed to go on Monday 28th Sept - perhaps the gutter guy will come and do the job before the roofers arrive. Apparently the gutters is a 1-2 hour job. I left a voice mail message with our Site Supervisor on Fri afternoon - hopefully it gets sorted out quickly.
