Gutters and fascia today

A call to our Site Supervisor gave us knews of gutters and fascia install today!

There will be a slight delay on the roof - it was originally booked in today - but given the high winds in Sydney last Wednesday through Friday - there are some delays. I can understand why you don't want to be on a roof with huge sheets of Colorbond in high winds! Hopefully the roof will get done later this week.

In the mean time - I need to figure out how to zone the air conditioning system in the house before the Ultra Air contractors come around in a few weeks. Standard zoning is upstairs, downstairs, and we purchased 2 extra zones. My early thoughts are:

Zone 1: downstairs - all rooms except Home Office - kitchen, home theatre, living, dining
Zone 2: home office
Zone 3: bedrooms
Zone 4: upper library

There are ceiling fans in every bedroom, office, living room, library - so the plan is not to run the air con 24/7 in summer but simply use it to cool down the house and then have fans to circulate the cool air around.
