Now we play the waiting game...

Our design is finalised! Now all we are waiting for is registration of the land titles.

The construction manager informed us that a pumping station still needs to be installed - once that's done - they can apply for Sydney Water approval and certification - then the developer can apply to register the titles.

So now all we do is wait (and save more money!). We have our fingers crossed for sunny weather to allow work to continue as fast as possible.
