We are very excited as tomorrow is our first tender appointment with "R" - which means that they'll present us with how much everything will cost so far. Hopefully it won't be too different from the estimates they gave us before. We'll also get the accurate survey of how flat (or not!) our land is. The original plan said about 1m over the property but that was only a prediction. We couldn't really tell from the road (500m away) how much slope exists. We may also have enough room to widen the garage a little.
We also have a huge list of questions (72 at the moment) of queries about fixtures, fittings, electricals, bricks - many thanks go to all the help from the Homeone forum for ideas on what to ask & common things people wished they had thought of before they had built their home.
