Contracts found!

After an hour of phone calls I got the contract dilemma sorted. It has arrived at "P"'s office and he's looking through it now.

Many thanks to another Homeone member who gave me a short list of suspect things that came up in their land contract (as we're buying in the same estate).

Now we just play the waiting game. (Hey - we're experts at that!)
