Where are our contracts?

We were initially told that contracts would be sent to "P" our conveyancer last week. I wondered what was happening and called him yesterday - they had not arrived! After chasing it up with "M" - they were supposed to be issued yesterday. Let's hope there were no more delays.

We certainly don't want to miss out on being one of the first 60 to sign up and get the $10,000 landscape package.

On the topic of landscaping - we've received a quote from Eco Design - reasonably priced and the pics we've seen of their work looks good. Trying to get a few other quotes but some companies that we've emailed have not got back to us.
