A new walkway!

The display homes seem to be moving along quickly. I think it may be Cosmopolitan Homes building the one on the left. I'm not sure who is building the other home on the right. There is also another home to the left (not in pic) that was built by Rawson - fairly sure it's finished and they are just doing landscaping (I can see curtains on the windows inside)

Our tree Franc is looking good - though she doesn't have any of the lovely jacaranda flowers on her like some of the other trees - but she's looking healthy :) The bowling ball that was on site at our last visit has vanished though!

We did find these trees (that will grow very large) planted on our boundary. The path you see is a public walkway that goes around the outside of our lot. Safe to say we weren't happy with the trees - when grown they would block our view. A quick chat to the Sales staff and a few emails and it was all sorted out - seems someone planted them incorrectly and they'll be removed and replaced with a low shrub of some sort. Phew!
