Development application in the post!

We had a surprise call from Wisdom Homes yesterday to be informed that our development application (DA) was put in yesterday's Express Post and should arrive at Blacktown Council today!

With only 1.5 working days to go before Xmas - I'm not expecting them to start processing the DA until the New Year period but at least it's in.

I'm fairly sure we complied with everything in the Council's Development Control Plan - so there shouldn't be any Council objections - hopefully it will just be the neighbour notification period - I'm fairly sure that only someone opposite us has purchased land - so there won't be too many neighbours to consult!
