Yay we have approval!

I have to admit - Medallist/Urban Pacific have been very quick and I received our approval letter this afternoon!

Wisdom Homes can now start preparing our DA - plans, BASIX, other council requirements. I've completed the landscape plan and accompanying details. Wisdom tell us it's about 1 week to prepare the DA - so we will sneak it in to Council just before Xmas.

Then we'll have a 6 to 8 week wait while Council looks over the plans for compliance with the DCP and notify our neighbours (I know that someone has bought block 1151 or 1152 opposite us).
