So now we know why there was a hold-up...

They needed a landscape plan! We spoke with the Project Director about this and he stated that only the plans and external colour selections were required - I specifically asked about whether a landscape plan was needed and he said "no".

All I can say is GRRRR!

I've sent it off to the project manager - I think I'll give him a call in a little while to make sure he received it.

All I can hope is that we get our approval soon.
