Are the lands over priced? Or lands getting undervalued by bank valuators due to the surrounding suburbs?
ReplyDeleteThe internal lots seem to be perfectly priced and valuations have been a-ok.
ReplyDeleteHowever - it's the golf course lots that are experiencing difficulties - if it was 6 or 12 months ago I don't think there would have been a problem. Honestly - I think the valuers are under-valuing because of the current economic climate.
