The PCI went well on Tuesday - lots of little things need touch ups (skirting boards/architraves/door frames scuffed or chipped) and all the windows need adjusting to open/close smoothly. A few larger things need doing as well - some piece of heavy equipment knocked off a chunk of a rendered window ledge!
Overall we're pretty happy. We had Howard from H&K Ryan go through also - $495 well spent!
The bank is doing it's valuation today - then it's a waiting game to see when we get the keys, then appliances delivered and installed.
Aaargh - now I need to start packing! We don't have too much stuff (most things are still in boxes from our previous move) but it's just so tedious!
