Settlement countdown

We've been given an official date for settlement - Friday 26 June. Everything appears to be ready to go at the bank - I'm sure it will all go smoothly.

Now what we really need is some dry days so the land can dry out enough for excavation. Everyone do the anti-rain dance please :)
