TITLES HAVE BEEN CREATED
After 3 years and 4 months of waiting - our lot at Stonecutters Ridge has finally been registered with the Dept of Lands.
It's an amazing feeling to be past this hurdle. I have a feeling the building process will breeze by - we've had years to develop patience and in all honesty - the last 3 years have gone by fairly quickly.
Settlements are hoped to be within 2 weeks and Anita at Wisdom Homes will be getting everything ready to start as soon as we settle. Big props to Wisdom for sticking it out these 3 years. We've seen them grow from a small builder with just an admin office and 1 display to a company with multiple display locations, a huge team, a great reputation, good customer service and great homes. Alright - enough of the nostalgia!
Next big deadline - let's see if we can be in our dream home for Xmas 2009.
