The new status on the Dept of Lands website is now "Undergoing Folio Creation". To my understanding - this means that the subdivision is being officially created. WOOHOO!
I think I may have squealed down the phone to Brad in my excitement when he called about the update.
Not long now methinks - the waiting game may be coming to an end....
